HOW TO ENTER DETAILS:

  1. Purchase any White King product from participating Woolworths & Safeway outlets between 14/07/08 and 17:00 AEST on 10/08/08.
  2. Complete the entry form, inserting the last 4 digits of the barcode from your White King product and your Woolworths/Safeway receipt number. Post to White King White Goods Promotion, PO Box 6422, Baulkham Hills Business Centre, NSW 2153 by last mail 11/08/08.

  3. Log on to www.freakyclean.com.au and complete the online entry form inserting the last 4 digits of the barcode from your White King product purchase and your Woolworths/Safeway receipt number. Submit by 23.59 AEST on 11/08/08.

    4. As part of these terms and conditions you are required to keep a copy or the original of all receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase in the event that you are drawn as a winner.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Entry is open to residents of Australia. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, participating Woolworths or Safeway outlets and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
  3. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one entry permitted per specified purchase requirement; (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (c) a maximum of 5 entries per person permitted.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry, which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  5. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
  6. Promotion commences at 09.00 AEST on 14/07/08 and closes 17.00 AEST on 10/08/08. Final entries must be received by last mail on 11/08/08 for mail entries and 23:59 AEST on 11/08/08 for online entries. ["Promotional Period"]
  7. The prize draw will be conducted at Net Response, Unit 5, 10 Anella Avenue, Castle Hill, NSW 2154 at 17.00 AEST on 26/08/08. Winners will be notified by mail and phone and their name and postcode will be published in The Australian on 23/09/08. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. The first 3 valid entries drawn will each win their choice of Fisher and Paykel appliances up to the value of $5,000 RRP inclusive GST. Winners can select appliances from a list supplied by the Promoter which will include washing machines, dryers, fridges, cookers, cook tops and range-hoods. Prize details can be viewed at www.freakyclean.com.au. Any costs in excess of $5,000 RRP inclusive GST are the responsibility of the winner. In the event that the cost of the winner's selections is less than $5000 RRP inclusive GST the balance of the prize will be forfeited and cash will not be awarded in lieu. Prizes will be delivered free of charge to home address of each winner. Any installation costs are the responsibility of each winner.
  9. The next 100 valid entries drawn will each win a Woolworths Wish gift card valued at $50. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the gift card are not included. Any unused balance of the gift card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the gift card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the gift card.
  10. Prize values are inclusive of GST and are in Australian dollars. Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at the time of printing. The Promoter is not responsible for any costs incurred by the prize winner in taking the prize.
  11. Total prize pool is valued at up to $20,000. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
  12. The Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw if necessary at the same place as the original draw at 11.00 AEST on 26/11/08 in order to distribute any prizes if they remain unclaimed by that date, subject however to any directions from any regulatory authority. The winners name and postcode will be published in The Australian on 16/12/08.
  13. Entrants must retain the original or a photocopy of all their Woolworths/Safeway store receipt/s used to enter this promotion, for every entry submitted, as proof of purchase. The Promoter may request the original or photocopied receipts from the entrant to verify the validity of each entry made before awarding any prize. Where a winner is unable to provide the proof of purchase on request or the proof of purchase records purchase of the White King products outside of the Promotional Period, the winner's entry(ies) may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter be deemed invalid and their right to any prize forfeited.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, age and of residency at the nominated prize collection address as per the details entered on the entry form. Any contact details entered incorrectly shall invalidate the entry at the discretion of the Promoter. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. If the winner is under 18 years the prize may at the absolute discretion of the Promoter be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry, which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  15. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
  16. In the event that for any reason whatsoever the winner of a prize does not accept the prize, or any part thereof, at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize, or any part thereof, will be forfeited by the winner.
  17. In the event that any prize is not available despite the Promoter's reasonable endeavours to provide the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prize(s) to the same and equal recommended retail value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from any regulatory authority.
  18. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
  19. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
  20. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering this promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners' names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.   21. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
